Our Location
Located on the island of Rarotonga, in the village of Arorangi and in the district of Akaoa. We are just off the Ara Tapu main road. Our beautiful western coast offers guests white sandy beaches, crystal clear lagoons and amazing sunsets.

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. We are a small family owned beachfront holiday accommodation business, located on Rarotonga in the Cook Islands. My mother Annie and father Terry are our on-sight managers and I take care of all our Sales & Marketing and everything back office. The land our property sits on has been in our family for nearly 100 years. This land holds so many fond memories for my family, friends and I. I have been blessed to be the caretaker of this land during my time.
